High Voltage Pet Brush Kills Fleas, Ticks, Pets

Call me crazy, but using a “High Voltage” pet brush doesn’t seem like the safest thing to be using on Fido. Although, the manufacturers claim it can kill fleas and ticks with extreme prejudice.
